My appointment was at 9, I got there 10 minutes early, after 30 minutes past my appointment window, I was still standing there waiting to just check in. 1 person was in front of me, it should not take you 20-30 minutes per person to check them in. The woman in the health window works extremely slow with no sense of urgency, their process of checking people in is broken and flawed and they need more viable, competent employees that can handle the work load. The one there clearly cannot. The building is also hot as Satan's lair, they clearly do not like air conditioning. This facility is also in a bad neighborhood with high crime. I wouldn't take my dog here, let alone a human. Needless to say I left without the shot my daughter needed because if checking in is that difficult for them, I dont trust them to administer shots. I'd rather pay $100 for the shot than ever deal with the health department again.

They scheduled appointment for time when they are not even here cause there on break having you wait half an hour for them to even get back in the building

Dental team was awesome my child was extremely comfortable around them they explained everything step by step

Edit the stars are for the resource center across the street not this center.... The Karen's in here are as nasty as their neighbors next door and around them... WE REALLY DO CARE ATTITUDES.. just here for my pay check..... CASH ONLY SAME TIME MAN SAME TIME SNIFFY NOSE SELF NOW THE RESOURCE CENTER NOT TO BE MISTAKEN: This organization is doing the most good in the hood but we need a little bit of RE'GENTRIFICATION... COMMUNITY WATCH LIKE MYSELF.... We're still the GATOR Nation even though we're not in the city limits... There should be community ORDINANCE that doesn't allow this on appropriate trash pickup days at the appropriate time I can continue to show this area... IS ALWAYS UNKEPT... THE PROPERTY OWNER SHOULD BE PENALIZED EVERY TIME/ EVERY WEEK... To mention this is an RTS bus stop where there is a paraplegic who needs this area to be clear of debris to navigate his wheelchair... NOW I HAVE SEEN MUCH IMPROVEMENT TO THE COMMUNITY BUT WE MUST KEEP GOING WE MUST BE VIGILANT PARENTS NEIGHBORS COMMUNITY WORKERS WE MUST SHOW OUR CHILDREN BETTER DON'T BE TRASHY TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR COMMUNITY THERE'S A PROPER WAY TO DO ANYTHING EVEN DISPOSE OF YOUR WAIST... Walked In Staff seemed an was friendly. The Nurse was very descriptive about the tests she ran an the different programs thats offered! Well kept clinic
